In a boot camp class one can expect to do callisthenic type exercises such as push-ups, lunges, squats, crunches, burpees, but also cardio exercises likes drills and shuttle runs for example.
TK uses equipment like boxes, battle ropes, medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells, jump ropes, agility ladders, glute bands, weight machines, and the best equipment of all, your own body!
Our bootcamp classes are HIIT (high intensity interval training) style. We train in bursts of high intensity work for certain periods of time followed by shorter recovery times. These workouts normally last only 30 minutes or less but at FTGU Fitness, we push your body for up to 60 minutes.
Because our classes are challenging (on your level) for the body, our members benefit from higher cardiac function and improve post workout metabolism calorie burn. That means even when class is over, your body is still burning calories.
If you don't have a workout plan or don't like to workout by yourself, come to our FTGU Fitness classes and get a structured full-body workout. We work different muscle groups in each bootcamp class.
You will grow with our community and have fun at the same time!
We recommend bringing a water bottle, towel, and wear comfortable workout attire. Don't forget your positive attitude and determination to crush your goals!
Absolutely! Our classes are designed to be inclusive and can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our certified trainers will provide options and adjustments to ensure everyone gets a great workout.
